The location was perfect, just a short walk to nearby attractions like the People's Park and the Roxas Avenue Night Market, which made exploring easy. It was also great to have several restaurants nearby for quick meals. The only downside was the AC next to the bed, which took some time to cool down the room, but overall, it was a solid experience.

The fish dishes here are fabulous! I was all about the fresh seafood at nearby Kuya Ed's Bahay Kainan and Madjid's Kabab. Plus, the staff are super nice—one even lent me an adaptor for my laptop. It’s a tidy spot, making my stay comfy to explore the local eateries.

I experienced ongoing issues with the air conditioning, which took forever to cool the room down, especially during the hotter afternoons. Additionally, the water supply on the third floor was inconsistent, particularly in the mornings when I needed it most. The hotel lacked an efficient communication system. there's no intercom to reach the staff quickly when needed.
